Refunds and cancellations

A biodata sheet is delivered the instant payment succeeds, so it cannot be returned the way a physical product can. What follows is what we will and will not refund.

Refunded in full

Money left your account but the sheet did not unlock. A duplicate charge for the same order. A sheet that will not download because of a fault on our side, once you have told us and given us a chance to fix it.

Not refunded

A change of mind after the file has downloaded, a detail you typed incorrectly, or a second download you no longer want. The watermarked preview shows the whole sheet before payment for exactly this reason — read it carefully, because each download is charged.

How to ask

Write to the support address with your order number, which is on the payment receipt emailed to you. Requests are answered within two working days.

Timing

Approved refunds are sent back through Razorpay to the method you paid with. Banks typically post them within five to seven working days.
