Marriage Biodata Studio is a document tool operated by Pise Labs, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. You enter your own details and the site sets them into a printable sheet. Using the site, or paying for a download, means accepting the terms below.

01Who we are
The site is owned and run by Pise Labs, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Pise Labs; “you” means the person using the site. Written questions go to [email protected].
02What you may do
Use the site to create biodata sheets for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to. The sheet you generate is yours — print it, share it, reuse it, and no attribution is required once the studio credit is removed or left in place as you prefer.
03What you may not do
Do not enter another person's details without their knowledge, and do not use the site to misrepresent anyone. Do not resell access to the site, present it as your own product, or copy its templates and artwork into a competing service. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for how you distribute the result.
04Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement under Indian law to pay for a download. If you are a minor, an adult must make the payment on your behalf.
05Payment and downloads
Building, editing and previewing a sheet is free. Payment is charged per watermark-free download, at the price shown for the template you have chosen, and is taken through Razorpay — we do not see or store your card or UPI details. Each download is a separate charge, including a second copy after an edit or the same biodata in another template. The watermarked preview is the finished sheet; read it before you pay. Refunds are governed by the refunds and cancellations page, which forms part of these terms.
06Your content and your privacy
The details and photographs you enter stay on your own device; they are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights in them, and you grant us no licence over them, because we never receive them. How the draft is stored in your browser is set out on the privacy page.
07Our intellectual property
The site, its code, its template designs, border artwork and wordmark belong to Pise Labs. Downloading a sheet licenses you to use that finished document for any purpose, personal or commercial. It does not transfer ownership of the template or artwork itself, or permit its extraction for other uses.
08Drafts are not a backup
The saved draft lives in your browser. Clearing site data, switching browsers or using private browsing will lose it, and we hold no copy to restore. Download the PDF for anything you need to keep.
09Availability
The site is provided as it is and may be changed, interrupted for maintenance, or withdrawn. Template prices and the templates on offer can change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that download.
10Accuracy and no warranty
Transliteration into the scripts offered is done carefully but automatically. Read the output before you print, particularly names and place names. We give no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a generated sheet will be accepted by any person or institution you send it to.
11Limit of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any consequence of a sheet you generated, shared or relied on — including an error in a detail you entered or in the transliterated output. Where liability cannot be excluded under law, it is limited in total to the amount you paid for the download the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
13Grievance officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, complaints about content or about the service may be sent to the grievance officer for Pise Labs at [email protected], Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month of receipt.
14Changes
These terms may change as the site develops, and the date above will change with them. Continued use after a change means accepting the revised terms.
